Hope Community School is open!

« Back to News // Monday, September 11, 2017

Hope Community School officially opened its doors to pupils for the first time today, after a summer of transformation for Central Hall.

Starting with a day of settling in sessions for the new Year R class, the children have spent either the morning or afternoon getting to know their brand new classrooms in the school's temporary site, which will remain here at Central Hall for the next two years.

Construction work to develop the site started back in June, with contractors completely redesigning the area and essentially starting from scratch to create a fit for purpose school environment, which includes - two classrooms, a lunch room, medical room, office spaces and outside playground.

But that's not all...

Works to accommodate the school have not been the only changes going on within Central Hall this summer, as the entire building has undergone stages of redevelopment, to allow our events and room bookings to smoothly coincide with the everyday running of the school. We have created four new and exciting creative spaces, which will not only keep this historic building alive, but also allow us to give our customers an even better overall experience.

Full details of these changes, including new room capacities and pricing and will be made available in due course. To be sent this information directly, please sign up to our mailing list below.
